You wouldn’t glean that Madison, our Director of Community Success, is that person here at Ulzi just by scrolling through her LinkedIn profile. But after you sit down with her for the first time, really get that heart-to-heart conversation flowing, you learn just how badly she wants to grow and change – and make you grow.

Actually, she came up with the name.  

Her job here is to design the best campaigns, pitches, and experiences to grow the Ulzi community. Her passion, though, is putting her boots on the ground and making that growth happen. We believe that she’s on the right track, so we put her at the helm of a team, aptly named the Growth Team. With Ulzi behind her, she wants to change the world for the better – leaving a footprint on every community so big, when you get there you won’t mistake it for anything but her work.
