When you first walk into the Ulzi office you’ll see a few things. There are string lights hanging from the brick wall, a standing desk made from reclaimed wood, but what will probably catch your eye is the man behind that standing desk, illuminated by those string lights. It will almost always be Maxwell Fong, Ulzi’s co-founder and best dressed team member. Maxwell doesn’t just look good in front of a camera either, he has a passion for being the man behind it as well. During Ulzi’s inception, Maxwell wasn’t only one of the faces of the company, he was also its lens – creating powerful storytelling through videos and visuals which combined his passions for music and motion.
While pursuing a degree in Business Administration at CalPoly, Maxwell co-founded Current Solutions – an organization committed to sharing the stories of sexual assault survivors. His business education helped him hone many strengths: his ability to make you feel at home in the workplace, his dedication to Ulzi and the fight to end sexual assault, and his unwavering charm and optimism.
When you leave the office, Maxwell is the man you remember.
