On a marketing team there always needs to be a balance between realism and creativity. The constant ebb and flow of the creative process is often not concrete, so it needs a realist’s hand to give it direction. In our case, we have multiple realists working to keep the gears turning. Mia Ching is one of these realists.
As a Marketing Associate she’s often put on the spot to learn new skills and explore fields that aren’t necessarily on the job description.
She’s a go-getter, though, and not afraid to get into the nitty-gritty work that most of us balk at when it shows up in our task bins.
